Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Flora Faculty reserves the right to update pricing and payment terms at any time.
5. Instructor and Course Content
Instructors are solely responsible for the content they provide.
Flora Faculty does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any course content.
The platform acts as a facilitator and is not liable for disputes between learners and instructors.
6. User Conduct
You agree to treat all users of the platform with respect and refrain from harassment, abuse, or any form of discrimination.
Posting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content is prohibited.
Breaching this clause may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, excluding instructor-provided materials, is the intellectual property of Flora Faculty.

আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে আপনাকে পেয়ে আমরা আনন্দিত। আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রবেশ বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন। আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহারের আগে দয়া করে এগুলো মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ার অনুরোধ রইলো।
১. শর্তাবলীর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা
ফ্লোরা ফ্যাকাল্টিতে নিবন্ধন বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি এতে সম্মত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
২. অ্যাকাউন্টের দায়িত্ব
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
নিবন্ধনের সময় সঠিক এবং সত্য তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে সংঘটিত সমস্ত কার্যক্রমের জন্য আপনি সম্পূর্ণ দায়ী থাকবেন।
৩. প্ল্যাটফর্মের ব্যবহার
Flora Faculty একটি স্বাধীন শিক্ষকদের শিক্ষামূলক কোর্সগুলোর জন্য একটি মার্কেটপ্লেস সরবরাহ করে।
আপনি শুধুমাত্র আইনসম্মত কাজে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন এবং সমস্ত প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিধি মেনে চলবেন।
অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার, যেমন হ্যাকিং বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যাহত করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
৪. অর্থপ্রদান ও ফেরত নীতিমালা
কোর্সগুলোর জন্য অর্থপ্রদান শুধুমাত্র প্ল্যাটফর্মে উল্লেখিত অনুমোদিত পদ্ধতিতে করতে হবে।
ফেরত নীতিমালা অনুসারে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
Flora Faculty যে কোনো সময় মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও অর্থপ্রদানের শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৫. প্রশিক্ষক ও কোর্স সামগ্রী
প্রশিক্ষকগণ তাদের প্রদত্ত সামগ্রীর জন্য সম্পূর্ণরূপে দায়ী।
Flora Faculty কোনো কোর্স সামগ্রীর নির্ভুলতা, নির্ভরযোগ্যতা বা গুণগত মানের নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না।
প্ল্যাটফর্মটি শুধুমাত্র একটি মাধ্যম হিসেবে কাজ করে এবং শিক্ষার্থী ও প্রশিক্ষকের মধ্যে কোনো বিরোধের জন্য দায়ী নয়।
৬. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ
আপনি প্ল্যাটফর্মের সকল ব্যবহারকারীর প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল আচরণ করবেন এবং হয়রানি, অপব্যবহার বা বৈষম্যমূলক কর্মকাণ্ডে জড়াবেন না।
অনুপযুক্ত, আপত্তিকর বা ক্ষতিকর সামগ্রী পোস্ট করা নিষিদ্ধ।
এই ধারা লঙ্ঘন করলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
৭. মেধাস্বত্ব
প্ল্যাটফর্মের সমস্ত সামগ্রী, প্রশিক্ষকদের সরবরাহকৃত সামগ্রী ব্যতীত, Flora Faculty-এর মেধাস্বত্বের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
কোনো অংশ অনুমতি ছাড়া অনুলিপি, পুনরুৎপাদন বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।
৮. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
Flora Faculty প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ বা আকস্মিক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।
কোর্স সামগ্রী বা প্রশিক্ষকের পরামর্শের ওপর নির্ভর করে সৃষ্ট কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।
৯. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
Flora Faculty যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
পরিবর্তনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের ধারাবাহিকতা সংশোধিত শর্তগুলোর প্রতি আপনার সম্মতি প্রকাশ করবে।
১০. অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধকরণ
Flora Faculty শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের কারণে যে কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
ব্যবহারকারীরা চাইলে সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে তাদের অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারবেন।
১১. আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা
এই শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা বাংলাদেশ সরকারের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে।
